Welcome to the Business Excellence Awards, a business awards programme that evaluates and recognises companies for demonstrated performance, innovation and impact.

We provide category entry and independent review, winner packages, published write-ups and licensed winner seals. By using this website, submitting an entry, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Terms

1.1 This website ("the Website") is owned and operated by Review Rumble Ltd, a company validly incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI 2008725) ("Business Excellence Awards", "we", "us").

1.2 By using the Website you confirm you are at least 18 years old and, where you are entering on behalf of a company or other organisation, that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

1.3 You agree to use the Website and our products and services only for lawful purposes.

1.4 We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, the awards programme, or our services at any time.

2. What We Offer

2.1 Our products and services include: category entry and review, winner packages (Verified, Showcase and Premier), published winner write-ups, digital certificates, and annual winner seal licences.

2.2 All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

2.3 All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of any taxes, duties or transaction fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.

2.4 We may cancel any order and refund the amount paid where a product or service is unavailable or where a price has been displayed in error.

3. Entry, Eligibility and Judging

3.1 Entry is open to legally registered businesses, organisations and business units. Categories, eligibility windows and required information are set out on the relevant category page and entry form.

3.2 Entry fees are administrative. The entry fee covers the cost of processing and reviewing your submission. It does not purchase an award, a shortlist position, or any outcome. Submitting an entry does not guarantee that you will be selected as a finalist or winner.

3.3 You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit. You warrant that all statements, metrics, results and supporting materials in your entry are true, are yours to share, and do not breach any confidentiality obligation or third-party right.

3.4 We may request supporting evidence for any claim made in an entry. We may disqualify an entry, or revoke an award already granted, where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, plagiarised or unverifiable, or where an entrant's conduct brings the programme into disrepute. No refund is due on disqualification for these reasons.

3.5 Judging decisions are made at our discretion and are final. We do not provide scorecards, judge identities, rankings or individual feedback, and we do not enter into correspondence about the reasoning behind a decision.

3.6 We may consolidate, split, rename or withdraw a category, or decline to make an award in a category, where entry volume or entry quality does not support a credible result. Where we withdraw a category before review, affected entrants may transfer to another category or receive a refund of the entry fee.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Entry is priced per category: $195 per category, reduced to $165 per category where three or more categories are entered in the same submission.

4.2 Winner packages are priced as published at the time of purchase — currently Verified $295, Showcase $595, Premier $995. Seal licences are $199 per year.

4.3 Payment is by credit or debit card via our payment processor, or by bank transfer where agreed in advance. Payment is due in full at the point of purchase. We do not offer instalments or financing.

4.4 To place an order you must provide accurate and complete billing and contact information.

4.5 We may refuse any order or cancel any transaction at our discretion, refunding the amount paid.

5. Winner Packages and Deliverables

5.1 Winner packages are optional. Selection is confirmed before any package is offered, and declining to purchase a package does not revoke or diminish an award that has been granted.

5.2 Deliverables are digital unless expressly stated otherwise. Typical turnaround is 5 business days from the later of (a) payment and (b) receipt of everything we have asked you for. Where a package includes a physical item, we will confirm shipping and lead time separately at the point of purchase; we are not responsible for carrier delays, damage or loss in transit.

5.3 Where a deliverable requires input from you — approvals, copy, logo files, imagery, factual corrections — timelines run from receipt of that input. We will make reasonable efforts to obtain it from you.

5.4 We may substitute a deliverable of equivalent or greater value where a specified item becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Seal Licence

6.1 Winners may license the Business Excellence Awards winner seal for $199 per year per awarded entity and category.

6.2 The licence is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to display the seal in connection with the specific award, category and year granted. Ownership of the seal and all associated marks remains with us at all times.

6.3 You may use the seal on your website, in marketing and sales materials, in investor and procurement documents, in email signatures and on social profiles, provided the award name, category and year are legible and accurate.

6.4 You may not: alter the seal's proportions, colours or wording; imply an award you did not receive; imply a ranking, endorsement, certification, accreditation or audit that was not granted; use the seal for a different entity, product, subsidiary or brand than the one awarded; or state or imply an ongoing relationship beyond the award itself.

6.5 The licence expires at the end of its annual term unless renewed. On expiry or termination you must stop using the seal in all live and controlled media within 30 days. Historical references stating the award and the year it was granted — for example, "Winner, [Category], 2026" in plain text — remain permitted indefinitely.

6.6 We may audit use of the seal and may revoke a licence for breach of this section, for misrepresentation, or where continued display would mislead a third party.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted for review, except where we withdraw a category before review under clause 3.6.

7.2 Winner packages and seal licences may be refunded in full or in part only where we are unable to deliver what was purchased. Refunds are not available on the basis that a purchase was made in error, that circumstances have changed, that a business has closed or been sold, that the award did not produce a commercial result, or for any similar reason.

7.3 Good faith. We operate on a good-faith basis. Where we have made reasonable efforts to progress a deliverable and you have not provided the sign-off, materials or responses we have requested within the agreed timeline, no refund will be issued and the deliverable will be treated as complete.

7.4 Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies to a digital service and you ask us to begin work within that period, you accept that your right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed.

8. Published Content and Publicity

8.1 By entering, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your organisation's name, logo, trade marks and submitted materials for the purposes of reviewing the entry, and — if you are selected — announcing, publishing and promoting the award across our website, publications, social channels and partner media.

8.2 Editorial control of anything we publish rests with us. Winner write-ups are prepared from the information you supply. We will correct factual errors on request; we do not offer approval rights over tone, framing, structure or placement.

8.3 We may keep published winner content, including archived years, online indefinitely. Where we agree to remove content, removal from third-party caches, aggregators and search indexes is outside our control.

8.4 You may quote and share published content about your own award, with attribution and without alteration of meaning.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, seals, images, page design and software — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or display any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

9.3 The Business Excellence Awards name, logo and seals may not be used except under a licence granted under section 6 or with our prior written consent.

9.4 You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant us the licence described in section 8 in respect of them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 The Website and our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our products and services will meet your requirements or expectations.

10.3 We make no representation as to commercial outcome. An award, a write-up, a seal or any other deliverable is not a guarantee of revenue, leads, ranking, search visibility, media coverage, investment, tender success, regulatory approval or any other result.

10.4 An award is a recognition granted by this programme. It is not a certification, accreditation, audit opinion, financial endorsement, licence to operate, or professional advice of any kind, and must not be presented as such.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of the Website or our products and services.

11.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from the Website or our products and services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11.4 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification, Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates and our officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors against any claim, damage, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from your use of the Website or our products and services, from any inaccuracy in an entry, from any misuse of a seal, or from any breach of these terms by you.

12.2 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12.3 Any dispute arising from these terms, the Website, our products and services, or any transaction between us will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in the British Virgin Islands and conducted in English.

12.4 The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment may be entered on it in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.5 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

13. Privacy and Data

13.1 Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13.2 Entry data is shared internally and with reviewers for the purpose of assessing entries. We do not sell entrant data.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications and proposals.

14.2 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in force.

14.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

14.4 You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them without restriction, including as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.

14.5 Business Excellence Awards operates as part of a group of recognition programmes. Each programme is a separate award with its own criteria and review; an award from one does not imply an award from, or endorsement by, any other.

15. Contact Us

15.1 Questions about these terms or about our products and services: info@businessexcellenceawards.org.

15.2 We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly and professionally.

16. Acknowledgment

16.1 By using this Website, submitting an entry or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

16.2 We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

16.3 Your continued use of the Website, or purchase of our products and services, after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Thank you for entering the Business Excellence Awards.
